@Welcome to the State Troopers Fraternal Association of New Jersey Web-Site. Our Association (STFA) is the recognized bargaining unit for all New Jersey State Troopers under the rank of Sergeant. We strive to promote the high standard of service and protection that our State Troopers provide to the citizens of New Jersey and its visitors. Our intent with this site is to better inform you as to our purpose and mission. I will address the most frequently asked questions posed to us: The STFA does not solicit the public or private sector for donations. We will however direct any inquiries to the appropriate charities and funds established independent of the STFA. The STFA is an independent and autonomous organization (separate from P.B.A. , F.O.P., etc.) with an affiliation to the National Troopers Coalition (NTC). We have strong ties with other Law Enforcement groups at the Local and National levels. We hope that your visit to our site is informative and don't forget to check the related links. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any service.
