RE: PLANNED CUBA VISIT WITH CASTRO REGIME – BRING U.S. FUGITIVES HOME TO FACE JUSTICE

Dear Mr. President,

Upon hearing of your planned trip to Cuba and meeting with the Castro regime dictatorship in March of 2016, I must remind you that what has been forgotten by you and your administration, is that dozens and dozens of U.S. fugitives of justice remain harbored in Cuba, given safe haven by this regime. I implore you to demand the return of these fugitives to U.S. soil to face justice, including one of America’s Most Wanted, Joanne Chesimard, a convicted murderer of NJ State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973. She has yet to serve out her full sentence for this brutal crime, and it is only righi that Chesimard, as well as the others being protected by the Cuban regime be returned, before the store is given away. Perhaps United Airlines or one of the other commercial carriers that are eagerly awaiting to profit from anticipated flights to and from Havana, could offer to fly these fugitives back to the U.S. as a favor to the American citizens and the victims that have been slapped in the face over and over with the conduct of the Castro regime, providing cover for these despicable human beings. It is with great disappointment to date that you have given the Castro dictatorship priority, while those that uphold the constitution, enforce the rule of law and our rights are ignored here at home. You have the power to change that, bring thoseU.S. fugitives and Chesimard back home to face justice!

Very Truly Yours,
